From Muskoka Brewery, Kirby’s Kolsch is a lagered ale with the dry malt character of an ale but the crisp, refreshing bitterness of a lager. The addition of peach juice adds fresh, fruity notes.
The Story: Kirby’s Kolsch was made in honour of Kirk Evans, a late friend of Muskoka Brewery. “He loved life, and wherever he was, the laughs were there too.”
